Eating foods like sea weed that contain glycocalyx building nutrients and polysaccharides is important for the health of our cells. The ocean is conducive to life and as a result of fierce competition sea weed has evolved to be a cross between a plant and a bacteria. High serum omega 6 polyunsaturated fatty acids are linked to a lower risk of type 2 diabetes. Mindful eating and meditation may lead to better metabolic health. How to sleep like a pro athlete. Is chocolate good or bad for health. Cliff from Ontario used omega 6 to clear up a skin issue. He is also dealing with withdrawal from SSRI drugs.

Algae live on top of the ocean and they turn the suns light energy into matter. Plants and grass also use this photoelectric effects to create matter. Humans can’t eat grass but we can eat sea weed and algae which is like eating energy. Fucoidan is a polysaccharide which is made up of fucose and polysaccharides give sea weed that slimy quality. Home remedies controlling and managing your blood pressure. Magic mushrooms might ease depression symptoms. Don from Georgia has a question about the correct diet to stabilize blood sugar. Mark from Colorado has had an allergic reaction to some fabric softener. Carl from Oregon has arthritis in his foot. Don from new york has torn his rotator cuff.

Algae, polysaccharides and sea weeds in the oceans have the ability to turn energy from the sun into solid matter. Algae have a fatty nature to separate them from the water and these fats are what trap the energy. Eat algae to protect your skin and eyes. Fucoidan is found in brown algae or kelp. Blood cells have a negative charges and so does fucoidan and this is why it is so beneficial especially for blood thinning. Gluten and lectins are positively charged and these clog up the blood and make it sticky. Frequent sauna bathing reduces risk of stroke. Vitamin D improves weight gain and brain development in malnourished children. Liz from Ohio has a question about donating plasma and skin removal after weight loss. Shauna from Idaho has a question vibration machines for loosing weight. Dorium has had success with type 1 diabetes but wants to get off insulin completely.

Talking about the different stages of detoxification in the body. The body can take poisonous substances and chemically transform them into non poisonous substances and eliminate them. Our body’s built in detoxification system should be able to deal with cancer causing compounds. All cells can detoxify but the liver cells are specialized cells for detoxification. High levels of work place exercise is linked to early death. The connection between the gut bacteria, the brain and neurological issues. Carl from Oregon has a question about digesting sugars like sorbitol and mannitol. Cliff from Canada has a question about taking Udo’s oil with fenugreek and sauerkraut.
Monday 21 May 2018 Ben’s Number: 344-236-6010 – Talking about the detox system and how it works. Many drugs speed up Step 1; some suppress it. CP450. Losing your gall bladder significantly increases the risk of toxicity. Grapefruit juice slows step 1. Cruciferous vegetables speed up step 2. Tony from California about cell existence. Ben asks the rhetorical question he ponders: How did the first cell form? If it could happen once, why hasn’t it happened again?
Tuesday 22 May 2018 More about the detox system. How it works. The importance of CP450. Plant molecules often have to be detoxified too. Many cancer causing toxins must be properly handled “or else.” Cancers are caused by a malfunctioning detoxification system. Phase 1 and 2 are not coordinated. Phase 2 must keep up with phase 1. Why some smokers get cancer and others do not. Same reason for dosing of drugs: everyone is different. Phase 1 turns alcohol into acid aldehyde which is *more* toxic than alcohol, and it is what causes hangovers. Journal of Nature article: Your gut bacteria indeed affects your brain, and neurological diseases, like Parkinson’s. British J. of sports Medicine article: Workplace exercise is not as good as leisure time exercise. The importance of rest after exercise. Carl the Truthraider calls in about sugar alcohols like manitol, sorbitol, and xylitol. Cliff in Canada about his government run health care. Ben says a government run health system sucks because it forces drugs on you. He recommends Peter Breggin’s book: “Toxic Psychiatry.”
Wednesday 23 May 2018 Still talking detoxification. The two stages. Stage 2 sometimes cannot keep up with stage 1. This is a major cause of cancers and many other problems, like aging and wrinkling skin. Stage 2 takes a lot of nutrients to perform. Estrogen–after it is used—becomes *very* toxic and must be eliminated. Build up of estrogen metabolites will cause PCOS. Celiac disease is caused by gluten and sugar. Caller has a boyfriend with heart attacks. Caller from California about sun exposure after bathing for vit. D. A lecture from Ben about Vit. D ensues.
Tuesday 29 May 2018 Talking about Estrogen. It is a powerful hormone. Doses are measured in micrograms, not milligrams. The body is made to handle getting rid of small amounts, but we are exposed to large amounts from our environment and prescription drugs; it is in the water, plastics, and plants. It’s everywhere. Estrogen is eliminated through bile and poop, in a process called glucoronodation. It is a growth hormone. If you have cysts, fibromyalgia, or endometriosis, you have too much estrogen. Calcium D-glucarate (DIM/IC3), progesterone, and Vit. A can help detoxification. Study: Diabetes & Alzheimer’s/dementia are connected. These and Parkinson’s disease are all secondary to the microbiome in our guts.
Chris in Texas calls about CDIF, an infection of the gut. It causes botulism. Clifton in Ottawa calls about beets improving erections and overall vascular health. Picked beets; how to handle the sugar content of beets. Borscht. Beets are high in nitrogen. Plant nitrates & nitrites are good for us; they are different from those used to preserve meats which cause *alot* of problems for digestion. Spring water is the best to drink because of its electrified minerals. Rich from Pennsylvania calls about problems with his teeth and gums.
Wednesday 30 May 2018 Talking estrogen and the *many* problems it causes. Article on 5G pollution. Finland study on high protein diet. J. of Circulation: A high protein “ketogenic” diet cause heart disease. Ben says you don’t need a lot of protein if you are not working out or healing from surgery. High blood sugar levels hurt the heart. Unused protein gets converted to sugar and stored as fat (Ben should explain this). Unused sugar = fat. So a high protein diet without exercise means you won’t lose the fat. Ben lectures on elimination of estrogen which means bile. Bile is important to eliminating everything. Insomnia, gall stones, PCOS, constipation, endometriosis, displasia: All are caused by too much estrogen, or rather, the metabolites of used estrogen, which are extremely toxic. The ketogenic diet can help stimulate bile production if you are healthy. Choline and Taurine help bile flow. ACV (apple cider vinegar) activates release of bile due to its pH. Lecithin, fiber and Betaine HCL all can help bile function.
Study: Chocolate causes acne. Ben says it’s not the cocoa, it’s what is with the cocoa; that is, SUGAR. Caller Sylvia asks why she is not losing weight while eating little and exercising a lot. Ben suggests she has an estrogen problem. He launches into methods to control estrogen: exercise, pregnenalone, progesterone, and stress reduction in general (hot baths, massages). Worrying a lot (i.e., constant stress) alone can cause obesity.
Thursday 31 May 2018 Talking oestrogen & Bile today. Allopathic use of supplements. Nutrients have *multiple* benefits, not singular, example: fiber. Excess oestrogen causes fibrosis, cysts, PCOS, baldness, and endometriosis. Epidemiological study says supplementing does not improve heart health. Ben excoriates it. Caller says he lost 35 pounds with keto diet and intermittent fasting.
